Responsibilities
- Manage technology for the Compliance & Ethics (C&E) organization
- Execute strategic support functions such as finance, project management, continuous improvement, and change management
- Solve complex problems and enable users to succeed
- Build effective stakeholder relationships
- Support C&E-wide strategic initiatives including communications, readiness, planning, and roll-out
- Proactively partner with compliance teams to enhance compliance programs through vendor solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects
- 5+ years of financial services experience
- 5+ years of experience with readiness and change management practices
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
