Product Owner responsible for creating strategy and roadmaps for Salesforce CRM implementing strategic initiatives. Collaborating with leadership to enhance service delivery for advisors and customers.
Responsibilities
Create the strategy, determine business goals, formulate scope and develop a roadmap for Salesforce CRM platform and other large-scale initiatives
Partner with all levels of leadership and cross-enterprise parties on advisor and customer engagement strategy
Shape long-term vision for advisor service delivery
Define and prioritize product features that meet customer and advisor needs
Lead prioritization, scope, and timing of Salesforce deliverables;
Develop business requirements aligned to strategic outcomes
Remove obstacles and evaluate risks to guide project direction and timelines
Ensure operational readiness for transitions with minimal service impact.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years equivalent work experience in business consulting or project management in lieu of degree
8+ years in a leadership, business consultant, or project management role, having demonstrated strong leadership skill
Experience in working with various project delivery models (agile, waterfall, hybrid)
Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms
Strong data analysis with experience managing complex and multiple data resources
Able to provide insight and recommendations based on data analysis
Financial acumen with experience in tracking and reporting benefit realization
Knowledge of systems, processes and workflows within operations
Excellent project management skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly
Extremely organized, detail-oriented individual, who is capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and potential ambiguous situations
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and a strong work ethic
Ability to think strategically/big picture and understand how the pieces fit
Ability to successfully manage work with current and sometimes competing priorities
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and organizations and influence outcomes.
