Responsibilities
Overall project responsibility for demanding interior design and furniture construction projects
Primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and project partners
Financial management of projects including cost, schedule, cash flow and quality control
Responsibility for claims and change-order management (in coordination with on-site construction management)
Ensuring adherence to defined project objectives
Selection of suitable subcontractors and active coordination of their services to ensure a smooth project workflow
Close collaboration with internal project teams (Cost Engineers, Executive Management)
Requirements
Completed degree in Wood Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a technician qualification with relevant professional experience
Structured, solution-oriented thinking and way of working
Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English
Excellent MS Office skills; MS Project desirable
Confident use of Gantt charts
