Responsibilities
Overall project responsibility for sophisticated interior and furniture construction projects
Central point of contact for clients, suppliers and project partners
Commercial/project financial management of projects, including cost, schedule, liquidity and quality control
Responsibility for claims and change order management (in coordination with on-site construction management)
Ensuring adherence to defined project objectives
Selection of suitable subcontractors and active coordination of their services to ensure smooth project execution
Close collaboration with internal project teams (Cost Engineers, Executive Management)
Requirements
Degree in Wood/Timber Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or technician qualification (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
Structured, solution-oriented thinking and working style
Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English
Very good MS Office skills; MS Project desirable
Confident in working with Gantt charts
