About the role
- Finance Specialist managing reinsurance contracts in the Benelux team at Marsh B.V. Ensuring compliance and financial flow of reinsurance contracts while collaborating with clients and reinsurers.
Responsibilities
- Zorgdragen dat afgesloten herverzekeringscontracten aan compliance voldoen en de ondertekende contracten vervolgens invoeren in de software
- Premiefacturen boeken en versturen naar klant en herverzekeraars
- Schades melden bij herverzekeraars en eventueel daaruit voortvloeiende facturen boeken en versturen
- Periodieke afrekeningen van klanten boeken en versturen naar klant en herverzekeraars
- Cashflow monitoren en betalingen verrichten van zowel premies als schades aan klanten en herverzekeraars
- Contact onderhouden met de accountingteams van klanten
- Als contactpersoon te fungeren voor herverzekeraars met betrekking tot afrekeningen en claims
- Portefeuillecommutaties te beheren
- Werkzaamheden ten behoeve van de interne audit (audit trail)
Requirements
- Een bachelorsdiploma (of gelijkwaardig) in economie, financiën, verzekeringen of risico
- Bij voorkeur professionele ervaring in risicomanagement of (multinationaal) verzekeringsbeheer of accountmanagement
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Volledige professionele beheersing van Nederlands en Engels is vereist, kennis van Frans is een extra plus
- Bereidheid om samen te werken en te werken in een multinationaal netwerk en een wereldwijd bedrijf
- Kennis van herverzekeringscontracten
- Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
