Responsibilities
- Lead the Amazon Marketing team both technically and strategically.
- Responsible for further developing our Amazon Advertising services.
- Oversee all Amazon advertising activities for our clients.
- Manage a team of Amazon marketing specialists and support their professional development.
- Develop cross-channel Amazon marketing strategies (PPC, DSP, AMC).
- Provide strategic consulting to our key accounts at C-level.
- Identify new tools and trends and integrate them into our processes.
- Prepare and present analyses, reports and forecasts to manage budgets and performance targets.
- Collaborate with Content, Account Management and Data teams for holistic marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Communications) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP, AMC).
- Strong communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for team leadership.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and experience with relevant Amazon Advertising tools.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in German and English.
