About the role

Responsibilities
- Leitung des SAP-S/4HANA-Projekts für ein internationales Fertigungsunternehmen.
- Partnerschaftliche Durchführung der Projektphasen: Vorbereitung, Planung, Steuerung, Durchführung und Betriebsvorbereitung.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung zur Bewertung von Risiken, Anforderungen und Innovationsmöglichkeiten.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT und Management, auch international.
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld rund um Projektleitung, Prozessanalyse und -management.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdergruppen.
- Hands-on Arbeitsweise, konzeptionell und strukturiert.
- Du entscheidest, ob agil oder klassisch, je nach Komplexität.
- Teamarbeit und eigenverantwortliches Vorantreiben von Projekten.
- Studienabschluss oder Berufserfahrung in IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder als Quereinsteiger vertraut mit diesen Themen.
- Deutsch und Englisch (mind. C1).
