- Development of learning materials and coordinate all training logistics

- Drive audits and quality reviews of underwriting tools and decisions
- Own Governance Activities: managing system access and maintaining data integrity
- Manage information disclosures and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Participate in compliance activities and monitor adherence to industry standards
- Contribute to Research & Development initiatives and business monitoring exercises
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent business experience
- Minimum 7 years of comprehensive underwriting experience
- Advanced understanding of underwriting functions, including risk assessment and decision-making processes
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines
- Proficiency in managing digital auditing tools and systems such as Digital Owl and SharePoint
- Demonstrated informal leadership abilities
- Expertise in medical science and its impact on mortality and morbidity
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint)
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset if located in Québec
