About the role

Responsibilities
- Become a data domain subject matter expert while expanding Group Benefits business acumen
- Investigate & analyze new data sources and how they connect to existing data models
- Collaborate/coordinate within Agile Kanban squads and business partners to deliver the Data Value Stream roadmap
- Support steady-state Microsoft SQL Server datasets, SSIS packages and SSRS reports
- Transition data and reporting to Azure Databricks/Power BI reports
- Develop and update technical documentation
- Support adhoc requests for data & visualization when required
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analytics / Business Analyst role
- University/College in computer science, information technology, math, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Experience with SSIS and SSRS support and development
- Experience with Microsoft BI stack (including Analysis Services, Paginated Reports, Data Gateway, Power Pivot & Azure SQL)
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- Capable of adapting quickly, managing multiple demands & competing priorities, while delivering to deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
