Responsibilities
We are looking for a QA coach who plays a pivotal role within the engineering team and can strive hard to enhance the overall quality of our software products and development processes by spreading the shift left mindset within the team.
Team up with other QA Coach’s to establish and maintain a culture of quality excellence through the implementation of best practices, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The QA Coach collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify quality bottlenecks, drive quality assurance strategies, and provide guidance on testing frameworks, tools, and automation practices.
Requirements
Proven QA leadership with a strong quality-first mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong knowledge of Git, Gitflow, and CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions)
Experience with modern testing tools (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Pact, Postman, BrowserStack)
Experience across API, UI, mobile and automation frameworks
Deep understanding of testing methodologies and the testing pyramid (unit → E2E)
Hands-on experience building automation frameworks
Agile, adaptable, and proactive in fast-changing environments
Passion for coaching, continuous improvement, and helping others succeed
