Responsibilities
Provide functional and operational support within the Office of General Counsel
Drafting and revising legal documents as requested by Legal Counsel
Provision of litigation support, including updating case tracker
Provision of contract management support
Maintaining LSAC’s intellectual property organization system
Supporting the Misconduct and Irregularities in the Admissions Process program
Assisting with document organization and management
Maintaining an on-going work plan for the position
Requirements
B.A. or B.S. degree, or a paralegal certificate, or significant, other relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a paralegal or other role with similar responsibilities
Paralegal assisting litigation team at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood and Boyer in Denver, CO. Involves organizing documents, preparing subpoenas, and collaborating with attorneys.
Paralegal providing legal assistance to Moffatt & Nichol’s Legal Team in Australia. Collaborating with US attorneys and ensuring compliance with regulations.
