IT-Demand Manager responsible for capturing and evaluating IT demands in logistics sector. Collaborating with stakeholders and developing processes for demand management.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for the structured capture and assessment of new IT requirements outside the existing service catalog
You identify, evaluate and optimize incoming demands, taking into account costs, risks, dependencies, impacts on existing business activities and strategic benefits
You manage and facilitate technical requirements across disciplines and participate in preliminary projects when required
You engage all relevant stakeholders, coordinate them and actively solicit expert knowledge
You ensure a structured and seamless handover of demand topics to downstream processes and specialized IT departments
You continuously maintain the IT project portfolio in close collaboration with interfaces such as portfolio management and IT business partners
You continuously develop processes, standards and tools to optimize demand management
Requirements
You hold a degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
You have several years of experience in demand, project or portfolio management or in a similar role, ideally in an IT environment
You are familiar with IT and logistics processes and actively help shape them
You possess solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods
You are proficient with tools such as BPMN, Jira, Confluence, as well as metrics, reporting and portfolio management
Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. two days every two weeks)
You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
