About the role
- Senior FP&A Analyst at Lovehoney Group focusing on financial analysis and decision support. Collaborating with the Director of FP&A on budgeting and reforecasting in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior operational stakeholders across office salaries, warehouse, goods out, and royalties, providing insightful reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain scalable reporting tools to actively manage and provide visibility on budget and forecast performance, with a deep understanding of your areas.
- Act as a contributor within our leading-edge FP&A system, Pigment, and be proficient in other tools including NetSuite, BigQuery, Superset, and Excel.
- Support the Director of FP&A in producing C-level monthly reporting packs and strategic analysis.
- Deliver commercial insights to senior stakeholders that directly impact EBITDA performance. This will be achieved through attention to detail, challenge and collaboration.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with strong appraisal history or ratings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments and senior stakeholders.
- Experience of accounting in an international company under IFRS would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in retail or within an FP&A function is desirable.
- Demonstrable systems proficiency, including FP&A tools, ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite), advanced Excel, and SQL-based reporting tools (e.g. BigQuery, Power BI).
