About the role

Responsibilities
- Review and accurately enter accounts payable invoices.
- Perform Visa bill reconciliation and data entry.
- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Complete bank reconciliations in a timely manner.
- Maintain vendor accounts within NetSuite.
- Provide support to other members of the Finance team as needed.
- Assist with testing and implementation of new systems.
- Process B2C customer refunds efficiently.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned to support the Finance function.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong excel skills.
- Extremely organized, very detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
