Responsibilities
Execute and support functional testing activities (manual and automated), validations, and requirements reviews as needed.
Record activities appropriately in the organization's control tools.
Monitor the progress of the QA team's testing activities, supporting the organization and direction of tasks.
Assist in prioritizing and organizing the testing queue according to criticality, deadlines, and project needs.
Support the distribution of tasks among team members, contributing to workload balance and the progress of deliveries.
Contribute to test planning, estimations, and the definition of validation scenarios.
Maintain frequent alignment with Development, Analysis, and Support squads to coordinate deliveries.
Support the evolution of quality practices, suggesting improvements to processes, templates, and testing routines.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development and testing workflow.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields.
Previous experience in software testing (QA), preferably in agile environments.
Knowledge of functional testing, test scenario design, and requirements validation.
Experience with and execution of automated tests using tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Experience with or exposure to backlog and task management tools (preferably Azure DevOps or similar).
Understanding of demand prioritization and workflow organization.
Ability to identify and document defects, risks, and inconsistencies.
Good communication skills for interacting with developers, analysts, and other technical teams.
