About the role

- Purchase and manage commuter transport vouchers (vale-transporte) and fuel allowances according to requests and internal policies;
- Support the purchase and administration of food and meal benefits (vale-alimentação, vale-refeição) and basic food baskets (cesta básica);
- Manage the operational administration of health and dental plans, performing enrollments, removals and verifications;
- Administer the fitness benefit, supporting monthly enrollments, removals and reconciliations;

- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits in accordance with current guidelines and policies;
