Extensive experience in strategic HR and senior executive level business partnering.
Proven track record in performance, talent, strategic workforce planning and culture transformation.
Strong relationship management, influencing, and coaching skills.
Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and lead through change.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect the dots.
