Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the Security Data and AI Services Lab, focusing on high-value outcomes for customers and partners.
Champion the adoption of pioneering data security and AI practices, ensuring the lab remains at the forefront of innovation.
Build and maintain a high-performing, diverse team with expertise in data engineering, AI, compliance and focus on customer needs when it comes to data.
Ensure robust, agile, and reliable delivery of secure data and AI services 24x7.
Collaborate with senior engineers, CSO, and business leaders to manage risks related to security data and AI, ensuring alignment with strategy and industry standards.
Set a collaborative, innovative culture within the lab, promoting ownership, proactive problem-solving, and safe acceleration of AI use cases.
Requirements
