About the role
- Project Analyst focusing on enhancing education projects through AI and technology at Dialab. Responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing projects within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee Dialab's projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and alignment with the team;
- Detail scopes, map needs, and organize schedules for AI education initiatives;
- Liaise with internal teams (Training & Development, Communications, Product, IT, Sales, etc.) to keep deliveries on track;
- Monitor KPIs, risks, and dependencies, recommending adjustments when necessary;
- Produce reports, presentations, and support materials for training sessions;
- Document processes, routines, and program learnings;
- Propose ideas and continuous improvements to increase Dialab's efficiency and impact.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing or supporting projects
- Organized, strong communication skills, and ability to ensure alignment across teams
- Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (intermediate level)
- Interest in education, technology, and innovation.
- Experience with education, technology, or innovation projects (a plus)
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and/or learning paths (a plus)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs) (a plus)
- Experience in PMO or process improvement (a plus)
- Ability to create structured documents, guides, playbooks, or organized content (a plus).
