Responsibilities
Monitor cash flow through automated bank reconciliations for the group's various entities
Support the accounting manager in their regular duties
Participate in the customer payment and collections process: receipt, verification and bank posting
Propose improvements to the customer payment process
Manage and document the fixed asset lifecycle
Record supplier invoices using a fully paperless/electronic process
Requirements
Diploma equivalent to two years of higher education (Bac +2) in accounting or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
Proficiency with office tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Solid knowledge of accounting regulations and experience with SAGE
Organized and detail-oriented
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
High level of discretion
