About the role

  • Aide Comptable supporting accounting operations at Littoral Normand. Handling general and client-specific accounting tasks with a focus on organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor cash flow through automated bank reconciliations for the group's various entities
  • Support the accounting manager in their regular duties
  • Participate in the customer payment and collections process: receipt, verification and bank posting
  • Propose improvements to the customer payment process
  • Manage and document the fixed asset lifecycle
  • Record supplier invoices using a fully paperless/electronic process

Requirements

  • Diploma equivalent to two years of higher education (Bac +2) in accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with office tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Solid knowledge of accounting regulations and experience with SAGE
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • High level of discretion
