About the role
- Developer Relations Engineer at Liquid Reply connecting clients to technical solutions. Supporting Cloud-native developments while collaborating with clients and managing technical relationships.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support our clients in developing and implementing platform engineering solutions
- Design customer-specific reference architectures for sovereign cloud deployments
- Develop technical demos and proofs of concept for client projects
- Implement best practices for cloud-native architectures
- Actively contribute to open-source projects that are relevant to our clients
- Produce technical documentation and architectural concepts
- Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders at our clients
- Develop thought leadership content such as whitepapers, best-practice guides and case studies
- Present customer references and technical solutions at conferences
- Organize and deliver workshops and training sessions for clients
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions between different client teams
- Evaluate new technologies and trends for our consulting practice
Requirements
- Completed university degree in (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, physics or a related field
- Several years of experience in cloud and IT consulting with solid knowledge of: container technologies and Kubernetes; infrastructure as code and cloud platforms; CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Security and compliance for sovereign cloud environments
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise solutions
- Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience conducting workshops and presentations
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and German; willingness to travel
