About the role
- Member of Technical Staff working on diverse technical problems and scaling APIs at Linq. Collaborating across teams while taking ownership of core product development.
Responsibilities
- As a Member of Technical Staff, you'll work on whatever the most important technical problem is — backend, frontend, infrastructure, APIs, data, or something we haven't thought of yet.
- You'll take real ownership of our core product, help scale the APIs developers use to integrate with Linq, and work across teams wherever your skills are needed most.
- This role is for someone who is curious about everything, moves fast, and doesn't need to be pointed at the problem.
Requirements
- Are a strong generalist who's gone deep on at least a couple of things
- Have shipped production code at a company where speed and quality both mattered
- Can pick up a new codebase and start contributing without a lot of hand-holding
- Default to action over process
- Have experience with our stack: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Go, Python
- Have a background building or working with APIs at scale
- Are familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Heroku, Docker)
- Have startup experience — you've operated where priorities shift weekly and nobody tells you what to do twice
