About the role
- Analytical professional managing product performance metrics in a financial products company. Ensuring efficiency in Personal Credit and BNPL operations through data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Control: Manage product performance metrics using Process Control Charts (SPC) and variance analyses.
- Data Handling: Extract and process large volumes of data from multiple sources to ensure information reliability.
- Product Opportunities: Perform statistical studies to identify bottlenecks or improvement opportunities in the credit journey and in the use of revolving credit limits.
- Data Culture: Translate complex data into dashboards and executive reports that inform Product team decisions.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL: Ability to write complex queries, perform joins and optimize queries.
- Advanced Excel: Data manipulation, pivot tables and basic financial modeling.
- Applied Statistics: Strong knowledge of variance analysis, standard deviation and quality/process control tools (focus on continuous improvement).
- Business Acumen: Understanding of financial products (preferably retail/personal credit and revolving credit).
- Experience creating slides and executive presentations.
- Education: Degree in Statistics or Industrial/Production Engineering.
- Prior experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for automation and data analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or Looker).
- Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt/Black Belt).
- Experience in Fintechs or Payment Providers.
