Responsibilities
Run the day-to-day operations of our influencer program: scouting, signing, briefing, and analyzing.
Lead our influencer activities in the DACH region while also supporting the growth of other markets.
Spot and leverage social media trends to inspire fresh campaigns.
Build and manage relationships with influencers, external agencies, and partners.
Negotiate and close influencer deals, ensuring smooth agreements.
Monitor campaign metrics, track KPIs, and optimize performance.
Create creative briefs and provide influencers with actionable feedback to enhance their content.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience working with influencers or a degree in communications/marketing.
Active knowledge of social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and delivering presentations.
Experience negotiating and managing influencer partnerships.
Confident in owning processes, juggling multiple initiatives, and driving results.
Highly structured, self-motivated, and energized by a fast-paced startup environment.
