About the role
- Global Regulatory Compliance Intern assisting with documentation for country registration and tracking international market entry processes. Engaging in regulatory compliance tasks with a focus on various global standards and practices.
Responsibilities
- Work with Compliance Specialist on compilation of documentation required for country registration
- Work with suppliers to ensure documentation and product requirements are met for international market entry
- Assist with organizing and updating trackers for all in-process regulatory projects
- Assist with tracking product registrations when approval from governing authorities has been received
- Help develop and maintain a regulatory database
- Assist with label quarantine requests to Contract Manufacturers and all necessary follow-ups to ensure compliance and record maintenance
- Assist with the release of printed packaging materials to contract manufacturers
- Review internal documents for consistency and accuracy
- 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position
Requirements
- Actively enrolled Junior/Senior or recent alumni from a fully accredited College/University with concentration in Regulatory Affairs, Pharmaceutical Science, Biology or similar field
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist
