Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and technical reviews for core trading and enterprise platforms.
- Drive technical evaluation and decision-making for major initiatives (architecture upgrades, integrations, modernization).

- Identify and address architectural bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and compliance in real-time trading environments.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business goals into robust technical direction.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering or system architecture, with architectural leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design.
- Experience in high-performance, real-time systems (FinTech/trading preferred).
- Solid understanding of backend technologies and database architectures (OLTP/OLAP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
