About the role
- Student Assistant in IT Infrastructure Engineering at Liebherr-Hamburg. Supporting network solutions, system configurations and project management tasks.
Responsibilities

- Konfiguration und Test von Betriebssystemen und virtuellen Maschinen
- Mitwirkung an der Sicherstellung einer hohen Systemverfügbarkeit
- Mitarbeit bei Backup-, Security- und Disaster-Recovery-Prozessen
- Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Prozessdokumentationen
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und internen IT-Teams
- Unterstützung bei der Abstimmung zwischen Customer Service, anderen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
- Unterstützung im Projektmanagement inkl. Statusberichten
- Mitarbeit bei Change-Management-Aktivitäten wie Schulungen oder Onboarding
- Analyse von Daten und Feedback zur Identifikation von Prozessoptimierungen
- Erstellung von Implementierungs- und Projektdokumentationen
- Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit
Requirements
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in Informatik, Computer Engineering, IT-Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in IT Infrastruktur, Netzwerken oder Systemadministration
- Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus, z. B.: CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA, Microsoft MCP/MCSE, Fortinet NSE, Grundkenntnisse in OT Security (z. B. IEC 62443)
- Erste Erfahrung in Installation, Konfiguration und Fehleranalyse von Windows-basierten Systemen
- Kenntnisse in Server-, Netzwerk- und Storage-Umgebungen
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Virtualisierung (z.B. VMware, VirtualBox)
- Verständnis von Netzwerktechnologien (OSI-Modell, TCP/IP)
- Interesse an Network Monitoring & Management Tools
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Cloud-Technologien (idealerweise Azure)
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein kooperativer, serviceorientierter Arbeitsstil
- MS Office und ERP-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
