About the role

  • Product Manager building the foundation for billing and financial operations at Workwize. Leading customer support automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a product vision for Workwize's billing, invoicing, and financial operations stack, building the foundation from the ground up.
  • Own the roadmap for support automation, prioritizing features that reduce manual effort and improve resolution quality at scale.
  • Partner with Engineers, Finance, and Operations team members in a cross-functional team to align on solutions that improve both customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Regularly update stakeholders, including leadership, on product plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Use data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and support operations, guide feature prioritization, and track product performance.
  • You have a bias for action.
  • You look at making the right trade-offs between impact and effort to get to a high-impact launch.
  • Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to ensure product updates meet operational goals and customer needs, particularly around billing accuracy and support experience.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years Product Management experience in B2B, ideally SaaS and/or platform-heavy products.
  • Fintech background or strong experience with billing, invoicing, or financial systems is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with support automation tools (e.g., Zendesk, Forethought, Intercom) is a strong plus.
  • Strong product judgment: you consistently make good tradeoffs and simplify complexity.
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Data-first mindset: strong analytical skills and comfort owning KPIs and decision-making.
  • Hands-on, high-ownership operator: you take initiative, unblock teams, and ship.
