About the role
- Lead Systems Engineer providing engineered infrastructure solutions and systems support at Lendmark Financial Services. Responsible for Active Directory, Citrix, Azure, and other technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Infrastructure Design
- Provide Engineered Infrastructure Solutions to Business and technical problems
- Provide leadership with systems support for Active Directory, Citrix XenApp Farm, Technology Endpoints, Network, Azure Datacenter
- Provide final level of support escalation from the Help Desk
- Recommend, define, standardize, document, test and implement new software and hardware based on business requirements
- Document, monitor, and report on systems issues
- Lead appropriate IT staff and end-users to reproduce issues and resolve them
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable education/training
- 5+ years of experience with recent versions of Citrix XenApp
- 5+ years of experience with Active Directory support, DNS, DHCP and print services
- 5+ years of experience creating, managing, and deploying Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Experience in Microsoft messaging platform (Exchange, Lync) and SharePoint support
- Advanced Adaptability to fast changing environment
- Experience with Networking Technology (Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, F5, etc.)
- Independent Analytical Thinking
- Advanced experience in installing, testing, evaluating and integrating various applications and 3rd party solutions into the virtual architecture
- Extensive experience resolving network and/or system issues
- Ability to lead a team on specific engineering projects and tasks
