Marketplace Manager developing and optimizing cross-channel marketplace strategies focusing on growth and performance. Collaborating with multiple teams and external partners in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and optimize a cross-channel marketplace strategy with a focus on scaling, profitable growth and sustainable performance
Drive the strategic expansion of the marketplace landscape, including evaluation, onboarding and integration of new marketplaces
Maintain and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion
Manage assortment, product segmentation, pricing and promotions using data-driven approaches to optimize revenue and margin
Work closely with advertising, content and supply chain teams as well as external service providers
Monitor reviews, returns and customer experience to ensure a positive brand perception
Requirements
University degree or a relevant vocational qualification in e-commerce, marketing, business or a comparable field
Some professional experience in an agency or industry environment
Confident user of Amazon Seller Central; experience with additional marketplace tools is desirable
Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Advanced MS Office skills
