About the role
- Senior Full Stack Engineer developing AI-driven legal workflows at LEAP. Collaborating closely with legal experts to shape smart, practical solutions for law firms.
Responsibilities
- Write production code across the full stack – from AI agent orchestration to frontend UI
- Contribute to architecture and technology decisions – including which AI agent frameworks to use
- Work directly with customers and legal experts to understand workflows and build solutions that actually help
- Partner with product and design to define features and user experiences
- Build prototypes quickly, iterate based on feedback, and ship features that deliver real value
- Navigate ambiguity and uncertainty with confidence – this is early-stage, fast-moving work
- Set high standards for code quality and help establish engineering best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack web development
- Front End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React or similar
- Backend: Strong knowledge of database systems and data modelling, as well as at least one backend language or platform
- AI/Agents: Curiosity and willingness to work with emerging AI agent frameworks
- Contribution towards software architecture and thoughtful design decisions in an evolving, uncertain environment
- Understanding of what good looks like when building great software products from scratch.
