Product Manager responsible for Lavazza's Single Serve products and e-commerce portfolio in Germany. Requires experience in FMCG product management and strategic marketing.
Responsibilities
Management, development and activation of Lavazza Germany’s Single Serve portfolio in Retail & E‑Commerce
Strategic lead for the e‑commerce-specific assortment across all product segments
Development of a profitable product pipeline and identification of growth opportunities based on comprehensive consumer and market analysis
Strategic marketing planning and implementation of all BTL consumer activations
Result-oriented work with consumer and market data and derivation of concrete actions
Close cooperation within the cross-functional team, including Content & Communications, Sales, Trade Marketing and Headquarters, as well as with external agencies
Budget planning and management, including invoicing in SAP and preparation of reports
Requirements
At least 3–4 years of experience in FMCG with a focus on Marketing/Product Management
Experience with global product launches to a local market and portfolio development
Knowledge of and experience in the German market and working in a diverse matrix organization
Strong understanding of e‑commerce and digital activation, particularly for established brands
Strong analytical skills and ability to find creative solutions within cross-functional teams
Comfortable with change and able to continuously drive processes forward
Business-level English; knowledge of German is a plus
