About the role
- Consultor(a) Técnico SAP bridging users and technical support at Larco, a leading fuel distributor in Brazil, ensuring system efficacy and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between end users and technical support (internal and external);
- Handle tickets related to the SAP FI module (Financial Accounting);
- Analyze and understand tickets to determine whether they are technical issues or process-related queries;
- Define ticket prioritization rules according to business impact;
- Analyze errors, inconsistencies and process improvement proposals;
- Provide support to Accounting, Treasury and reconciliation teams;
- Support integration between FI and other modules (MM, SD, CO, AA);
- Work with Functional Specialists to validate changes and improvements in SAP;
- Validate functional specifications and follow up on developments;
- Execute and validate tests (unit, integration and user acceptance);
- Provide technical-functional support in SAP projects;
- Interact with external AMS consultancies (level 2) and the internal team;
- Monitor support performance (response time, recurrence of issues, SLA);
- Identify patterns of problems and suggest continuous improvements;
- Assist in documenting processes and gathering requirements for future improvements;
- Review solution documentation and deliver short training sessions to key users.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a SAP FI role;
- Knowledge of general accounting, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, fixed assets and period-end closing;
- Experience with integration between FI and MM/SD/CO modules.
