About the role

  • Develop ServiceNow Solutions in ITSM while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Stay updated on ServiceNow features and maintain applications with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ServiceNow Solutions in the ITSM, with minimum bugs and rework.
  • Collaborate with Process Analyst and Architect to ensure the developed features follow ServiceNow best practices.
  • Keeps up-to-date with the new releases and features of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
  • Documenting code and application functionality.
  • Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.
  • Integrate ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems to create a seamless and efficient information flow.
  • Create and update CMDB catalog items, forms, and views, transform maps, IRE, Script Includes and Business rules.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes workflows etc.
  • Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
  • Extensive Knowledge IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB and service catalog.
  • Experience in API integrations with other systems.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Admin and Implementation Specialist in ITSM ServiceNow CAD and Discovery certifications preferred.
