Responsibilities
Be responsible for the weekly and monthly editorial calendar (IG/TikTok/X/YT), defining what will go live, why and in which format.
Prioritize the week based on sports and casino moments, cultural opportunities and brand directions (campaigns, regions, products).
Produce scripts and briefs for the designer, O Clube, creators and/or partners together with Social Media Ops.
Define hooks, cuts, narrative, CTA, format and references.
Coordinate the end-to-end production workflow: idea → briefing → production → approval → publishing.
Align daily with Social Ops and weekly with designer/agency/influencer marketing to ensure pace and consistency.
Maintain status updates on items in production.
Requirements
Solid professional experience leading social media strategies, ideally in sports, media or entertainment.
Proven track record of growing digital audiences, producing creative content and managing real-time coverage.
Experience with digital analytics tools.
Knowledge of social media platforms, content formats and algorithm behavior.
Ability to create briefings, evaluate and direct creative content (videos, graphics, creators, copy).
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with global platforms, partners and trends.
Excellent communication, storytelling ability and editorial judgment.
High adaptability and ability to make quick decisions in live or high-pressure situations.
Creativity, curiosity and a passion for sports and digital culture.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
