Requirements
- Minimum 4 of experience in management resources (10+FTE) and lead people to deliver on objectives in a tech/digital or e-commerce environment.\n• Hands-on experience in Agile Leadership/Support roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner, working closely with engineering teams.\n• Ability to be a trusted advisor to the Leadership team when it comes to People Strategy & Growth, offering guidance and support to help the organization achieve its overarching goals.\n• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and strong communication and relationship-building skills.\n• Experience in creating a collaborative and innovative team environment, preferably within a cloud context (GCP or AWS), is a strong plus.
