About the role

- Lead an expert team for injection molding and packaging development

- Responsibility for project management, quality and regulatory compliance (including FDA cGMP, ISO 13485)
Requirements
- Degree in Automation Engineering or equivalent; alternatively, a technical vocational qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years' experience in manufacturing automation, ideally in medical technology
- Leadership experience in technical or cross-functional teams
- Experience in project management of complex automation projects
- Excellent German and English language skills and willingness to travel
