Responsibilities

- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the IT team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT project or delivery management
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading agile teams
- Proven experience managing small, cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering technology or product solutions
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and associated tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Experience coordinating development, testing, and infrastructure workstreams in parallel
- Familiarity with modern release practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based deployment models
