Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading engineers
- Experience in the material handling and logistics automation industry
- Ability to manage project execution
- Knowledge of CAD design software including AutoCAD is a plus
- Knowledge of PLCs including Allen-Bradley and/or Rockwell is a plus
- Ability to work individually and lead with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven communication skills and collaboration abilities
- Travel approximately 15-25% to customer or Dematic locations
