Requirements
completed vocational training as an educator (Erzieher) or as a curative education nurse (Heilerziehungspfleger) with state recognition, or a completed degree in social work/social pedagogy/special education with state recognition, or an equivalent qualification
Class B driver’s license
open, warm and humorous, with a genuine desire to live a family daily routine with the children full of fun and joy
able to quickly establish a good rapport with children, even when they are initially withdrawn or reserved
able to keep a cool head even when children are challenging
value good teamwork (e.g., work schedules are decided together)
