- Designs solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
- Strong technical expert on the team; assigns work, mentors, and trains junior engineers.
- Advocates for new technology and improvements.
- Creates technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing code.
- Identifies and develops potential standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Extensive Experience with software development life cycle
- Extensive Experience with quality management methods, tools, and techniques
- Extensive Experience with software development tools and activities
- Core Competencies COBOL, Mainframe, DB2, SAS, DYL 280, and JCL programming
- Knowledge of SFTP, ServiceNow, Jira, VSAM, Web methods, helpful.
- Working knowledge of Hogan/Hogan Customer application is a plus.
