Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
- 3+ years of relevant experience (required)
- Basic Understanding of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction
- Working Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques.
- Working Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving operational or process problems.
- Working Knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Basic Understanding of emerging technologies.
- Working Knowledge and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods.
