- Working Student supporting Backoffice Collaboration with M365, SAP, and Agile methodologies at Uniper. Focused on stakeholder management and automation in a changing tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder-Management und Transparenz
- Unterstützung der Kommunikation und Abstimmung zwischen Stakeholdern (IT, Unternehmen, Anbieter)
- Erstellung von Transparenz durch strukturierte Updates, einfache Dashboards und klare Dokumentation
- Unterstützung des praktischen Rollouts nach neuen Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten, die durch neue Technologien und Liefermodelle (z.B. SaaS, RISE, S/4HANA) entstehen
- Organisation von Inhalten, Kanälen und Kollaborationsräumen in Microsoft Teams und Microsoft 365
- Identifizierung sich wiederholender Backoffice-Aufgaben und deren Automatisierung mit Power Automate
Requirements
- Eingeschriebener Student (z.B. Wirtschaftsinfomatik, Informatik, Informationssysteme, Betriebswirtschaft/Management mit technischem Fokus oder ähnlich)
- Interesse an digitaler Zusammenarbeit, Automatisierung und Vereinfachung der Arbeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit strukturierten Informationen (Dokumente, Listen, Dashboards)
- Sprache: Englisch und Deutsch (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Zuverlässige, proaktive Denkweise: Sie mögen es, Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge zu erledigen
- Erste Erfahrungen mit SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams oder grundlegender Programmierung/niedrigkalibriger Programmierung von Vorteil

- Erfahrung mit Agile / Azure DevOps von Vorteil
