Responsibilities
- Support our clients in the successful implementation and use of our ERP solutions
- Be part of the Professional Services team and work closely with colleagues, the team lead and other departments
- Advise and support our clients as part of projects and ongoing services
- Analyze client requirements, develop solutions and accompany their development and implementation
- Actively contribute to projects, coordinate work packages and ensure that agreed deliverables are provided on time and to a high standard
- Support process optimization and conduct training sessions or workshops
- Regular business travel to client sites
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training
- Initial knowledge of the wood industry or experience in production planning/work preparation
- Initial experience in consulting, project management or a comparable environment
- Willingness to fully familiarize yourself with a complex software system
- Understanding of project management methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Client-focused mindset, strong service orientation and team player
- Analytical, solution-oriented approach to work
- High willingness to travel to a variety of clients
- Very good German and English language skills
