About the role
- Project Manager at global leader in residency and citizenship solutions. Supporting citizenship by merit legislation projects, client communications, and documentation management.
Responsibilities
- Keep clients updated on project status and milestones
- Assist the New Business Team in presenting eligible projects to clients and prospects
- Contribute to drafting sections of citizenship applications highlighting project merit and client achievements
- Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including NGOs, public bodies, intermediaries, and service providers
- Liaise with community organisations, government bodies, and donors as needed
- Maintain stakeholder databases and contact records
- Assist with scheduling calls, meetings, and application review sessions
- Help identify, develop, and monitor projects eligible under citizenship by merit legislation
- Support the preparation of project summaries, merit narratives, and documentation packs
- Track project progress and report delays or risks to the Senior Project Manager
- Monitor project implementation and track outcome indicators
- Collect data for internal monitoring and stakeholder reporting
- Support Senior Project Managers in preparing progress updates, internal summaries, and client reports
- Assist in managing multiple projects and applications across the portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Relations, Economics, Law, Public Policy, or a related field
- 1+ years’ experience in project coordination, administration, client services, or regulated environments
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project tracking tools
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel
