About the role

• Analista de Modelagem developing statistical and machine learning models at Grupo RCB. Collaborating across teams and contributing to data-oriented decision making while supporting analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance and monitoring of statistical and machine learning models;
• Development of tools and analytical support for other company areas;
• Opportunity to perform data collection/preparation, exploratory analysis, model tuning, and visualization.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Mathematics and Statistics;
• Ability to express concepts in mathematical language;
• Data-driven mindset;
• Proficiency in R and/or Python programming languages;
• Knowledge of regression and/or classification models.
• Preferred: prior experience in statistical modeling/machine learning.
• Analytical, critical, proactive and collaborative;
• Good interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, with interest in growth and engagement.
