About the role
- APS Product Manager at ISCC focusing on auditing and certification processes for sustainability systems. Collaborating with stakeholders and enhancing the software for audit processes.
Responsibilities
- Managing APS-related stakeholder interactions
- Gathering, evaluating and prioritizing APS feature requests
- Translating requirements into actionable software features
- Full ownership of APS UI/UX design
- Coordination with software developers and IT colleagues
- Responsible for the testing and acceptance process of new product features
- Creating and maintaining APS documentation
- Providing APS helpdesk support
- Representing APS at internal and external events
- Maintaining APS-related legal documents
Requirements
- University degree in Environmental Sciences
- At least 2–3 years' experience in software product management
- Experience with internal and external audit procedures
- Good knowledge of certification systems
- Understanding of software development life cycles
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English (C1)
- Good German (B2)
- Very strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
