About the role

Eloqua Product Owner managing platform roadmap and leading development teams for Ingersoll Rand's marketing automation efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the Eloqua platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing strategies.
Lead and mentor the Eloqua development team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Define and prioritize product backlog items, user stories, and enhancements based on stakeholder requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between marketing, IT, and development teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and integrations.
Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in accordance with Scrum methodology.
Monitor platform performance, data quality, and compliance with best practices.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Stay up-to-date with Eloqua capabilities, marketing automation trends, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from across the business to identify opportunities for marketing technology to reduce costs, increase sales, and improve efficiencies.

Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities.
Up to date with current and emerging digital marketing trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high growth environment.
