Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain BI systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Analyze and resolve incidents, data inconsistencies, and system errors within BI applications
- Collaborate with key users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business needs
- Implement enhancements and updates to BI tools in alignment with corporate standards
- Ensure data integrity and security across all BI platforms and processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize BI processes and system efficiency
- Coordinate the work of external providers, optimizing their effort in an efficient and effective manner
Requirements
- Degree in relevant discipline (Business Administration, Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science)
- 3-8 years of working experience
- BW/4 platform to be known for end-to-end handling
- LSA++ data modeling
- ABAP ETL
- HANA ETL (HANA transformations, Transformation on Calculation Views, etc...)
- interface via OpenHub structure
- Reporting layer
- Process Chain automation and monitoring
- AFO as main tool to access reporting data
- knowledge of Power BI as reporting tool
- knowledge of Pentaho
- knowledge of Infor M3 ERP
- knowledge of SAP ECC
- Proficient English & Italian
