Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in user experience research or design
- Actively enrolled in a graduate PhD program in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, Information Sciences, Digital Media or a related field
- Ability to conduct in-depth interviews with developers and technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience in academic research and publication, with first author publications in top-tier conferences such as CHI, CSCW, and DIS
